Drop the Anchor on Breast Cancer

Posted by CR on Tuesday, May 10th, 2011

Anchor Hocking always looks forward to this time of year! It's such a great opportunity to give to a wonderful cause as a business family.

We thought we'd give you an inside peek at our race shirts for the 2011 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure (Columbus, Ohio).

The race is Saturday May 14th, and we'll have a team of 129 there.

A big thank you to everyone who helped pull this year's Team Anchor Hocking Company together! An extra round of applause to Moe, our team captain, co-worker, friend and survivor for all of her hard work!

Team Anchor Hocking has 6 pink shirts to hand out this year, which denotes survivors of breast cancer.

Stay tuned for pictures of the race day! We hope that if you're in Columbus on May 14th you can make it out to race, or to help cheer on the participants!

And the next time you get a chance, raise a glass in hope! Together we will find a cure!
