Thank you for choosing Oneida/ Anchor Hocking products. Our goal is to provide you with quality products that you love. We want you to be happy with every purchase that you place through our website. If you need to return your purchase however, we've included the important details below.

Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Products purchased in a set must be returned in the same arrangement. To ensure that we process your return correctly, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Complete all applicable portions of the return questionnaire found on the back of the invoice included with your order.

  2. Pack and seal all Oneida products to be returned securely, in the original package if possible, along with copies of the original invoice and completed return questionnaire.

  3. Ship your return to the address below. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. While not required, we recommend that you select a shipping method that provides a tracking or confirmation of delivery option and insure your return. These options will provide you with added protection as The Oneida Group cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment to our facility.

    Once we receive your return, it may take up to 30 days for the item(s) to be processed and a refund to be issued. Refunds will be applied to the form of payment used for the order. The amount refunded will reflect the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping and handling charges.
