Oneida 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Oneida Group, Inc. ("Oneida") we stand behind our quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Oneida product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Oneida 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ("Guarantee") is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

 

How to Claim the Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our Consumer Relations Associates at 1-888-263-7195 and have information available regarding where, when, and from whom you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail in your Oneida product, a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice, and your Guarantee confirmation approval number to:

Your product and proof of purchase must be postmarked within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. 

 

Guarantee Guidelines

Oneida reserves the right to verify information related to the purchase, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee request in its sole discretion if Oneida determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or is otherwise ineligible to claim the Guarantee.
